[Plugins] Improve PO Token Guide (#46) 

* Remove PO Token fetch guide for WEB_EMBEDDED_PLAYER

SABR support for embedded player is rolling out and the po token is not easily viewable

* Remove `default` client from logged in example

* Be consistent with steps

* Update Extractors.md
